This handcrafted sterling silver necklace features a beautiful heart-shaped Spotted Fawn Jasper paired with a soft Pink Conch stone above it. The warm cream, caramel and brown patterning of the jasper gives the heart an earthy, almost painted appearance, while the blush-pink conch adds a delicate touch of color.
I framed the stones in layers of sterling silver with twisted wire, silver bead accents and an oxidized finish that brings out every handcrafted detail. The heart pendant hangs from a textured sterling silver chain and is finished with a front toggle closure, making the clasp part of the overall design rather than something meant to be hidden.
At 20.25 inches long with a 2.5-inch drop, it sits beautifully on the chest and is substantial enough to wear as a statement while still being easy to style.
Like all natural stones and shell, the colors, markings and patterns are naturally occurring and part of what makes this piece completely unique.
