All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Donnalee Shewmake Silver is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

To protect your order, we strongly recommend selecting shipping insurance and/or signature confirmation at checkout. These options provide additional security and may allow you to file a claim with the carrier if an issue occurs.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
