Montana Agate, Garnet, Amethyst & Kingman Turquoise Beaded Necklace | Montana Collection

A little bit of Montana, strung together one bead at a time.

Created as part of my Montana Collection, this one-of-a-kind beaded necklace combines the deep, earthy colors of Garnet, Montana Agate, Amethyst, Kingman Turquoise, and sterling silver pearls.

Rich wine-colored Garnet runs throughout the strand, accented by shades of purple Amethyst, naturally patterned Montana Agate, and pops of blue Kingman Turquoise. Sterling silver pearls break up the gemstones and bring that unmistakable Western silver element into the design.

At the center is a large decorative sterling silver focal bead, framed by Kingman Turquoise and Amethyst. I love how the combination moves from deep garnet and purple into the soft neutrals of Montana Agate and then suddenly into those beautiful flashes of turquoise blue.

The colors remind me of Montana in a way that isn't perfectly polished or predictable, deep earth tones, purple wildflowers, rocky landscapes, and that unmistakable blue of a wide-open Western sky.

At 21.25 inches long, this necklace has enough length to wear beautifully on its own while also making it easy to layer with a favorite pendant or shorter necklace.

Part of my Montana Collection, this piece was created to celebrate a place that has shaped so much of my story, my family, and my work.

Natural stones will have variations in color, matrix, pattern, and markings. Those differences are part of what makes each stone, and this necklace, completely unique.
