Mixed Turquoise Heart Sterling Silver Hair Pin | Ear Mountain | Montana Collection

A little piece of Montana, made to tuck into your hair.

This one-of-a-kind heart hair pin is handcrafted from sterling silver and filled with a collection of six individually set turquoise stones, each with its own color, matrix and character.

Rather than using matching stones, I chose a mix of turquoise to create a heart full of different shades of blue and green, from brighter sky blues to softer, earthier greens. Together, the stones give the piece an organic, collected over-over-time feeling that makes it completely one of a kind.

Around the outer edge of the sterling silver heart, I hand stamped my Ear Mountain design, a detail that carries a deeply personal connection to Montana and my family's roots there. It turns the border into more than decoration; it becomes part of the story of the piece.

The heart measures approximately 1.5" × 2.75" and sits atop a handcrafted sterling silver hair pin measuring approximately 3.58" from top to bottom. At only 19 grams, it creates a beautiful statement tucked into a bun, twist or updo without feeling overly heavy.

Designed as both functional jewelry and a little piece of wearable art, this hair pin feels equally at home with denim and boots or tucked into an updo for a special occasion.

Every stone is natural and individually unique. Variations in color, matrix and markings are part of the beauty of genuine turquoise and ensure there will never be another exactly like this one.
