Ithaca Peak Turquoise Hand Engraved Elk Belt Buckle | Montana Collection

A Montana landscape, captured in silver.

This one-of-a-kind belt buckle was created as a wearable tribute to the wild beauty of Montana. At the center of the design is a hand-engraved sterling silver elk, standing beneath Ear Mountain with pine trees rising alongside it, a scene inspired by the landscape that holds so much meaning behind my Montana Collection.

Opposite the engraved landscape is a collection of Ithaca Peak Turquoise, each stone individually set in handmade .999 fine silver bezels. The brilliant blue turquoise and natural matrix bring a striking contrast to the darkened steel background and bright sterling silver engraving.

Every part of the scene, the elk, trees and Ear Mountain, was hand engraved by me in 3 layers of sterling silver, making this buckle truly one of a kind. Sterling and fine silver bead details along the bottom add texture and dimension while framing the landscape.

The substantial steel buckle measures approximately 4" x 3" and weighs 180.15 grams, giving it the weight and presence of an heirloom statement piece.

This isn't simply a turquoise belt buckle. It's a little piece of Montana, made slowly, by hand, and meant to be worn for generations.
