• Handmade Nature: Each piece is handcrafted by me with great care and attention to detail. I carefully polish both the stone and sterling silver to the best of my ability. Because I work with natural stones, especially turquoise, small pits, inclusions, variations, or natural imperfections may be present. These are part of the stone’s unique character and beauty, not defects.

• Final Sale Policy: All sales are final. Due to the handmade and often one-of-a-kind nature of my work, I do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or resizing unless otherwise stated. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have carefully reviewed the listing description, measurements, and photos, and are making an informed purchase decision.

• Shipping & Insurance: Once your package leaves my hands and is accepted by the shipping carrier, it is no longer under my control. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages during transit. Standard shipping insurance covers up to $100. If you would like to purchase additional insurance for your order, please contact me before your order ships, and I will invoice you separately for the added coverage.
